Why TADS exists
Most companies sourcing heavy machinery, industrial gas equipment or automation hardware from China go through a trading company or an agent, not the factory itself. That layer adds cost, and it adds distance: the person negotiating your price and the person building your equipment have often never spoken. When something needs clarifying, the message passes through two or three more people before it reaches the factory floor.
TADS Global removes that layer. We sit at the negotiating table ourselves, we verify compliance on the factory floor before a shipment leaves, and we take responsibility for the outcome, not just the introduction.
Who this actually serves
Direct factory access and compliance checks are things most serious sourcing partners should offer. What is harder to find is ten years of sourcing experience paired with someone who actually lives and works in Beijing: a working familiarity with how State-Owned Enterprises and government-linked projects actually operate, and the reach to extend the same standard into Southeast Asia when a buyer needs to reduce dependence on a single country.

Leadership
Nadav Ron Mindrigiu
Nadav, educated at UIBE Business School (University of International Business and Economics), one of China's leading schools for international trade, began importing from China ten years ago and relocated to Beijing two years ago to run TADS Global in person. Ten years of sourcing experience combined with direct, in-person negotiation since the move, including regular contact with State-Owned Enterprises through their procurement and project processes, has built a practical fluency in how business is actually done there. Nadav speaks Mandarin fluently and negotiates with factories directly in it, no interpreter in the room. Clients worldwide are served directly in Hebrew and English.
Where we work
Beijing, China
On the ground with manufacturers: factory visits, contract negotiation, and compliance verification before export.
Ashdod, Israel
Coordinating delivery into Israel and serving as the client-facing point of contact for buyers worldwide.
Beyond China
For organizations looking to diversify beyond a single sourcing country, the same direct, compliance-first model extends to Thailand, the Philippines and other Southeast Asian markets, including export as well as sourcing, and support for market entry and early-stage investment in the region. This sits alongside our core China sourcing work.

How we work
- Direct factory access. We negotiate with the manufacturer itself. Read how we vet a Chinese factory before you sign.
- Familiarity with SOE and government-linked processes. Direct, in-person contact with State-Owned Enterprises through B2B and B2G work since relocating to Beijing, including market entry frameworks and infrastructure advisory, always within the buyer's own procurement process.
- Compliance verified before export. From European WVTA requirements to IMR standards, documentation is checked against the actual build. See our IMR compliance checklist, the WVTA guide for trailers going to Israel and the customs document match check.
- Two languages at the table. Mandarin with the factory, Hebrew and English with the client, so specifications survive translation.
- Execution across sectors. Heavy machinery and automotive, industrial gases and HVAC, industrial robotics and AI automation, and infrastructure and market-entry projects.
Common questions
How is TADS Global different from a typical China sourcing agent?
Most sourcing agents sit between the buyer and the factory. TADS Global negotiates directly with the manufacturer, verifies compliance on-site before export, and has direct experience with State-Owned Enterprises on cross-border projects.
Do you only work with clients in Israel?
No. Clients worldwide are served directly in Hebrew and English, with Mandarin used on the factory side. The Ashdod office coordinates delivery into Israel specifically, but the client base is global.
Is your work limited to China?
China is the core of what we do, but the same direct, compliance-first model extends to Thailand, the Philippines and other Southeast Asian markets for organizations looking to diversify beyond a single sourcing country.
What industries does TADS Global cover?
Heavy machinery and automotive, industrial gases and HVAC, industrial robotics and AI automation, and infrastructure and market-entry projects, including government-linked work.
